"Santa, the One and Only" documents the long-standing volunteer advocacy of Santa Claus, the former Mayor Pro-Tem of North Pole, Alaska. Santa Claus is his legal name. He is a bishop, monk, protector of children, and gift-giver, as his namesake, Saint Nicholas, was many centuries ago.
Our documentary covers Santa's extensive efforts to protect vulnerable children's health, safety, and welfare and their environment. We follow his collaborations with organizations that protect children and the environment and explore their challenges and impacts on children of all ages throughout Alaska, the United States, and the entire planet.
"Santa, the One and Only" captures the embodiment of a figure that many of us were taught exists. Our documentary fosters the belief that each and every one of us is capable of manifesting Santa's spirit of loving and giving. Our Santa's journey is unique. He dedicates his heart and soul to protect all of our children and their environment, and believes that 'the greatest gift is love.
